    Since our company is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. The file with image(s) of your Personal Pentacle is in .pdf format, which you can see after purchasing using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download it for free.

    Print image(s) of the Pentacle using your own printer. LuckyPentacle.com is not responsible for the quality of printed image(s) of Pentacle from your printer, and does not assume responsibility for any errors which may occur. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not as described on a case by case basis. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.


    LuckyPentacle.com does not warranty the Pentacle file(s) in any manner, and cannot guarantee they will function with all browsers; browser compatibility and printer quality should be tested against the sample file on the demo version. Please ensure that the browsers, printers and quality of paper will work with the image of the Pentacle.

    LuckyPentacle.com shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, LuckyPentacle.com shall have no liability for any damage, loss or corruption of data in conjunction with content component, and authors will not be liable for the cost of retrieving or replacing such data.
